Yes! My training was in generalised coaching with a subsequent specialism in Mental Health and Wellbeing, so I'm experienced in coaching a number of areas. I've helped clients on topics such as, but not limited to:

Not at all! I've coached clients all over Europe and have experience managing teams all over the world, so I'm comfortable with working with people in any country or culture. Given most of my private sessions are online anyway, your experience will be the same whether you're based in the U.K. or abroad.

I offer walking coaching sessions for those based in Bristol. This works in the same way as video sessions, except we carry out our coaching session while walking through nature. It can be a particularly powerful experience, particularly for those who may find discussing their mental health a little intense.
For anyone outside of Bristol, or anyone that would rather do video sessions, I offer online video calls via Google Meets.
